For over 20 years, Clinton Arentz has provided development management services for a range of commercial, industrial and residential projects, operating as both a development manager and project joint venture participant on a case by case basis with a wide range of investors and lending institutions in various joint venture and development management structures.

In 2017, Clinton was appointed the Head of Lending, Property Acquisition and Development at Trilogy Funds Management.

Capabilities

Prior to joining Trilogy Funds, Clinton ran Winston Group, providing project structuring and development delivery services on commercial, industrial and residential projects in Brisbane and regional Queensland. Many of his previous projects have been recognised by industry groups including Master Builder Queensland and the Northern Territory, the Urban Development Institute, the Property Council of Australia and Business Review Weekly.

An experienced company director, Clinton has extensive property background and enjoys a wide industry network and deep market knowledge. In particular, he has start to finish project delivery experience in medium density residential, commercial and industrial new development and repositioning, as well as urban renewal and urban infill projects.

Clinton’s skills include site acquisition and formal due diligence, project management and contracts management, stakeholder and risk management, asset and facilities management, financial modelling and project structuring, project value adding and business development.

Clinton leads a dynamic and broadly skilled property lending team at Trilogy Funds and over sees sourcing and structuring of all new lending opportunities from inception to completion.

Clinton Arentz’s passion for success extends outside his career.  Between January 2011 and December 2014 he competed in the ultra competitive, no compromise world of Tarmac rallying in his Mitsubishi Evo 10 rally car .
